Complaints Process

We aim to put problems right directly, promptly and fairly. Please raise any issue as soon as possible so it can be looked at while the details are fresh.

1. Contact us first

If you are unhappy with any part of the work or service, call 01382 721486 or email quotes@dundeeelectrician.com. For a formal complaint, please put it in writing so there is a clear record.

2. What to include

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The job address and the date of the call-out.
• Your invoice or receipt, if you have one.
• A short description of the problem and the outcome you are asking for.
• Any photos, messages or documents that help explain it.

3. Response time

We aim to acknowledge a written complaint promptly and respond within 10 working days. If more time is needed to inspect the work or gather records, we will explain why and what happens next.

4. If it is not resolved

If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, we will set out our final position in writing. You can also get free advice from Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot).
